1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Morpheus Analysis (including our web platform, APIs, Expert Advisors, and educational guides), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Educational & Informational Purposes Only
Morpheus Analysis provides algorithmic market structure analysis, technical indicators, and automated execution software strictly for educational and research purposes.
Neither Morpheus Analysis nor its operator (Naveed Ahmed) is a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. No content or software signal constitutes individualized financial advice, an endorsement of any asset, or a solicitation to buy or sell securities, commodities, or derivatives.
3. User Responsibility & Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that financial trading (including Forex, Gold XAUUSD, Commodities, and Cryptocurrencies) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You retain sole responsibility for all decisions to open, close, or configure trades on your broker accounts.
4. Intellectual Property & Bot Access
All software algorithms, user interface designs, charts, and proprietary indicators are the intellectual property of Naveed Ahmed. Redistribution, decompilation, unauthorized reverse engineering, or resale of the Morpheus Quant EA (.ex5 file) or proprietary algorithms without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morpheus Analysis and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from market slippage, broker connectivity dropouts, software bugs, or trading losses incurred while using our platforms.
