How to use HTF Trade Setups (1D/4H → 15M Confirmation)

Institutional trade setups strictly anchored to 1D and 4H Order Blocks, High-Value Fair Value Gaps (FVG), and Supply/Demand zones with 15M lower-timeframe structure confirmation and minimum 1:2 R:R.

What it does

HTF Trade Setups filters out all market noise by only taking setups that originate from higher timeframe institutional levels (Daily and 4-Hour).

A setup is only triggered when price tests a high-timeframe Order Block, a high-value FVG (>= 0.55 ATR), or a key Supply/Demand zone, and confirms on the 15-Minute chart via Market Structure Shift (MSS), FVG displacement, or a strong rejection candle.

How to run it

  1. 1Open the Dashboard and select "HTF Trade Setups" from the left menu.
  2. 2Click "Run HTF Trade Setups" to load the live confirmed cards across the market.
  3. 3Filter by All, Buy Setups, or Sell Setups using the top pill filters.
  4. 4Click any card to inspect the zone coordinates, entry level, stop loss, TP1 (2R), and TP2 (3.5R+ or opposing HTF swing).

HTF Setup Rules

  • 1D / 4H Zone Tap — Order Block, High-Value FVG (>= 0.55 ATR), or Supply/Demand zone.
  • 15M Confirmation — Market Structure Shift (MSS), 15M FVG displacement, or strong rejection candle with >= 35% wick / engulfing.
  • Risk:Reward Ratio — Target 1 is fixed at 2R (risk-free partial), and Target 2 is placed at 3.5R or opposing 4H swing (minimum 1:1.5 R:R, typically 2.0 to 3.5+).

Execution Guidance

Because these setups originate on higher timeframes, they offer higher conviction and cleaner follow-through than pure lower-timeframe scalps. When Target 1 (2R) is reached, move Stop Loss to Break-Even and let Target 2 run toward institutional liquidity.

💡 Pro tips

  • Setups originating from 1D levels carry stronger weight and wider follow-through than 4H levels.
  • Always wait for the 15M candle to close to validate the confirmation before entering.
